Delivery Information
At OurSkates, Here's everything you need to know about our delivery services:
UK Deliveries
Items in stock at OurSkates, are available and dispatched within one business day. All our items within the UK are sent using a trackable service (typically Tracked 48 with Royal Mail) to ensure your parcel reaches you securely.

Tracked 48 Service: This service generally aims for delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Tracked 24 Service: We also offer a Tracked 24 option. Please note that while often next day, in some areas of the UK, delivery might take up to 2 working days.

Next Day Delivery: If you specifically require guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our utmost to arrange this for you as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible; please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, although most orders in stock are received sooner.
Local Collection Options
You're welcome to make an order online and collect directly from us! You can choose to collect from:

FISS race events we attend throughout the year.

During a session BWRSC training session.
Stock Availability & Delivery Times

If an item is out of stock, there will be a notification on the product page indicating that it is not a regularly stocked item.

OurSkates items Out of Stock approximate delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

MyBonts orders (custom/semi-custom) approximate shipping time is 8-12 weeks once Bont receive your moulds for customs or semi custom order.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We will post your order to the exact address you provide. Please double-check this information before finalising your purchase.
Overseas Deliveries
For our international customers, please select the appropriate postage option for your region at checkout.

Cost Adjustments: If the actual postage cost turns out to be cheaper than what you paid, we will gladly refund you the difference.

Tracked & Signed: We send all international items using a tracked and signed service (assuming this service is available in your country).

Higher Postage Costs: Occasionally, we find that the postage cost for international orders is significantly higher than the guide price on our website. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the extra postage cost. You will have the option to either pay the additional charge or cancel your order for a full refund.

Address Accuracy: Just like for UK orders, you are responsible for entering your delivery address correctly. We will post to the address provided during checkout.
About Duties & Taxes
You will be responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. Each country has a different system for these fees, so we do not know what these costs will be. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for this information before placing an international order.

We understand that sometimes things go wrong, whether it's on your end or ours. We've created an efficient way to resolve these issues for you quickly.
Your Order Mistakes
Should you realise you've made a mistake with your order (e.g., changed your mind, entered the wrong address), you must contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

Urgent Mistakes: For urgent corrections to your order before we pack it (typically before 4pm on working days), please:

Email us: ourskates.com@gmail.com with "MISTAKE + [Your Order Number]" in the subject line. We will scan for these specific emails before packing orders.

General Enquiries: If your email is not about an urgent mistake with an upcoming order, we will respond during our office hours as soon to possible. During busy periods, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Our Mistakes
Occasionally, we might make a mistake and send out the wrong item. If this happens, please contact us without delayat ourskates.com@gmail.com, and we will put things right for you as quickly as possible.

Postage Refund: Where it is our mistake, we will always refund the cost of postage incurred to recover the incorrect item from you.

Please Note: As a small business, we are unable to compensate you further beyond covering the return postage for our errors. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
