The Full Custom Hybrid Carbon is Bont's definitive full custom roller derby boot — built from a mould of your foot, finished to your exact colour specification, and engineered to survive the most demanding contact sport in skating. Every pair is handmade and unique. Lead time: 8–12 weeks from mould receipt.

The Technology Behind the Boot

The Hybrid Carbon construction combines Toray carbon fibre and fibreglass in proportions selected for roller derby's unique demands: lighter than full fibreglass, more impact-resistant than full carbon. The one-piece monocoque construction uses Bont's inside-out method and 60°C / 140°F heat-moldable epoxy. Standard features include replaceable rubber bumper toe protection, adjustable Velcro top strap, rear heel loop, and anti-stretch lining.
