One frame, two setups: 4×100/3×110, or 4x110mm /3×125 — learn the geometry as you go.
The Cádomotus Agility-3 is a coaching tool disguised as a skate. Its Comp Transformer frame accepts 4×100mm, 3×110mm or 4×110mm, 3×125mm wheels — and the included 3×125 configuration here is the long-wheel setup favoured by emerging marathon and road racers. The boot offers deliberately elevated ankle support for skaters in transition: tall enough to give confidence as wheel diameter grows, low enough not to restrict the forward flex you need for an efficient stroke. The lesson built into this skate — that wheel diameter, frame height and rider weight interact to shape your stroke — is one elite coaches charge for. With the Agility-3 you learn it under your own feet.

Fit & Sizing
Cádomotus sizing runs close to street-shoe size with a slightly narrower forefoot. The Agility series is heat-stable but is not designed for full heat-moulding — choose your size by length rather than relying on the shell to move significantly. Consult the brand size chart before ordering.
Pro-Tip
If you are new to 3×125, fit smaller wheels (110mm, or even 4×100) for the first 4–6 sessions to recalibrate your push angle. The taller 125mm setup lengthens your effective lever — most skaters initially compensate by shortening the stroke. Practise long, deliberate extensions at moderate cadence before chasing speed; once the muscle memory transfers, the 125mm roll will feel inevitable.
