My life's work is to help people use exercise to become their best selves. Whether your goal is to become a stronger skater, lose weight, or simply feel more confident in your body, I'm here to help you achieve it. My passion for sports and fitness started early—from the age of 11 I was traveling the world as an inline speed skater, winning national championships and setting British records. I even ranked in the top 5 in Europe, And 15th in the World. My athletic background, combined with my BTech Sports science, a degree in Sport & Physical Education, and my master's in Public Health, gives me the expertise to create effective, results-driven coaching, and programs tailored specifically for you.

How long do I have to sign up for?

For lasting results, I highly recommend a minimum commitment of three to six months. True strength and performance take time and consistency. My most successful clients commit to a long-term partnership, which allows us to build a strong foundation and track continuous progress.

Where do you offer face-to-face training sessions?

My primary focus is on online coaching, but I am open to discussing in-person options on a case-by-case basis.

How do I do online personal training with you?

We connect through a platform convenient for you. You'll receive a customised training plan to follow on your own schedule, and we'll check in regularly to review your progress and analyse your form.

What will I do in the personal training sessions?

Sessions are designed around your specific goals. This could include Video analysis, technique reviews,  strength training, cardio, sports-specific drills, or functional fitness. We always focus on proper form and technique to ensure you get the most out of every workout.
